Beef with cheese and grapefruit: light recipe

Eating light can sometimes be seen as the negative aspect of a diet. But in reality, you have to know how to mix the right ingredients to create light dishes, so that it will still retain the richness of the food and won’t be a boring affair. It is ideal to keep a healthy diet without losing sight of the pleasures of eating. Here are some of our light recipes that is good for your health.

We’re talking about a delicious dried beef with cheese and grapefruit. It is an appetizer that is prepared raw, so you don’t need to light the stove to cook or switch on the oven to grill.

Ingredients for our breasaola with cheese and grapefruit are:

  • 300 grams of dried beef
  • 100 grams of arugula
  • 100 grams of cream cheese
  • two tablespoons of pink grapefruit
  • salt and pepper

To prepare our light meal, mix all the ingredients to create a thick cream to accompany our beef and create rolls. Then take the cream cheese and mix it with grapefruit juice, salt and pepper. Place the cream on slices of beef and form rolls. Beautify your deck with a nice bit of arugula and the light appetizer is ready to eat.
