According to a recent studies, blood oranges help fight the buildup of fat present in the abdominal region. Blood oranges help fight excessive fat and are able to reduce the accumulation of adipose tissue. This finding was recently published in the Journal of Obesity.

Experts say that drinking a pint of blood orange juice a day is not only healthy, but reduces abdominal fat. The blood orange juice is rich in anthocyanin pigments from the antioxidant properties that are able to inhibit the increase of body weight and fat deposits.

In addition, they also contain vitamins A, B, C, as well as thiamin, riboflavin, and niacin.

These oranges are also helps in controlling the body weight and preventing the appearance of some metabolic diseases.

To lose weight, drink blood oranges juice daily, eat a balanced diet, and include a regular physical activity.
