The antioxidants should be part of our diet. These substances present in many foods are essential for the proper functioning of cells. They prevent damage from free radicals and molecules that are produced or “put” in the body when we follow a poor diet, smoke, suffer stress, and pollution exposure.

The first meal of the day is a good opportunity. Here are some ideas for breakfast rich in antioxidants:

Pomegranate juice

The pomegranate is an exotic fruit rich in essential nutrients, including antioxidants. Therefore, a simple way to leverage its properties is drinking pomegranate juice in our breakfasts. You can combine it with other fruit such as orange or lemon, for a mix of flavors packed with vitamins and minerals.
