Flu prevention and treatment: Natural remedies!

Did you know nature around you is abound in panacea for all your ills?  The best antibiotics that nature gives us are found in onions, garlic, lemon and grapefruit. These natural products and also  turnips, parsley, raspberry leaves can be used to treat flu. The most ideal way would be to  to drink plenty of fresh squeezed juices and eat compositions produced from garlic and onions.

To avoid illness during flu season, you can resort to this miracle formula. Mix two 2 grated lemons and 2 garlic heads that are peeled and cut into small pieces and pour over 1. 5 liters of boiling water. Let it stand for 3 days in a dark place at room temperature . Strain the liquid and store in refrigerator. Drink a tablespoon on an empty stomach in the morning and one before bedtime. For kids, one spoon would be enough.

The fact is that if this treatment is followed strictly, the likelihood of getting flu is very low. Also, a good idea is a nasal irrigation. Dissolve a teaspoon of salt and a teaspoon of baking soda in a food cup of warm water and add 5 drops of iodine. The solution can be used  to irrigate both nostrils alternately.

  1. Drink hot tea with lemon or raspberry jam, or warm milk with honey – a teaspoon per cup, as often as possible.

  3. Cotton swabs soaked in onion juice can be placed in your nostrils for 7 minutes, 3-4 times per day.
  4. Squeeze an onion in a small bowl and breathe fumes for 2-3 minutes, 3 times a day.
  5. Finely chop a garlic clove and mix with an equal amount of honey (honey and lime would be ideal). Eat a tablespoon at bedtime, then drink warm water.

  9. Pour 0.5 liters of boiling water over mixture  in equal amounts of dried flowers of lime and blackcurrant leaves. Boil for 5 minutes, wrap in a dish towel and keep it for half an hour, then strain the liquid. Drink a cup each 3-4 times a day at normal temperature with tea.
