Consuming foods with low carbs is perfect for any type of diabetes, because it will also be beneficial to your health. Water and carbohydrates are panacea most used worldwide, and although the second is a source of energy for the body, you need to get without overdoing it.

When planning your meal, make sure you do not include all carbohydrates in one meal. You need to make it balanced as possible, not only if you have diabetes, but also if you want to maintain good health and ideal weight. Fruits: apples, blueberries, guava, melons, peaches, strawberries, blackberries and rhubarb.
