Fruit Diet to Lose Weight

With the fruit diet, you only lose weight, but it is also very good for detoxifying the body. It is a diet that gives us a lot of vitamins. Breakfast:

Two servings of fruit of your choice.

Lunch:

Day 1: A fillet of grilled fish and two servings of fruit.
Day 2: 1/4 skinless chicken with lemon juice and two servings of fruit.
Day 3: An omelette and two servings of fruit.
Day 4: Two fillets of grilled fish with lemon juice. Two servings of fruit.
Day 5: A can of tuna and two servings of fruit.

Snack:

Two servings of fruit to taste.

Dinner:

Day 1: Three slices of mozzarella cheese and two servings of fruit.
Day 2: Two fat yogurt to taste and two servings of fruit.
Day 3: 100 grams cream cheese and two servings of fruit.
Day 4: Two slices of bread with cream cheese. Two servings of fruit.
Day 5: Two large glasses of skim milk and two servings of fruit.

It is recommended to prolong this diet of fruits to lose weight by more than five days since its low calorie level can lead to nutritional deficiencies. It is always advisable to consult a specialist before starting any diet.
