Here are some recipes for purifying juices:
Grass juice
Ingredients:
2 large tomatoes
1 large cucumber
2 tablespoons cilantro
2 tablespoons of parsley
1 tablespoon rosemary
1 tablespoon basil
3 cloves of garlic
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Squeeze the juice from all ingredients except pepper in a food processor. Once the juice is ready, sprinkle cayenne pepper on top.
Citrus juice
Ingredients:
1 large yellow grapefruit
1 large green apple
1 small lemon
1 small orange
Squeeze the ingredients to get your juice. Serve in a tall glass and stir well before drinking.
Apple, lemon and berries juice
Ingredients:
2 large green apples
1/2 small lemon
1/2 cup blueberries
1/4 cup blueberries
Place ingredients in an extractor to obtain the juice. Stir before drinking.
Cranberry juice
Ingredients:
2 large red apples
1 large green pear
1/2 cup fresh cranberries
1 stalk celery large
1 small cucumber
Squeeze the juice from the ingredients in a food processor. Stir the juice and drink it.
Prune juice
Ingredients:
3/4 cup chopped plum
2 large green pears
1 large yellow grapefruit
1/4 small lemon
1 stalk celery large
Place ingredients in a blender. Stir and sip the juice obtained.

Ingredients:
3/4 cup spinach leaves
1/2 cup romaine lettuce leaves
1 stalk celery large
3 leaves of chard
1 small apple red
Squeeze all ingredients in a food processor. Stir the juice and drink it.
