Six Tips to Reduce Carbohydrates

5.) Choose quality over quantity. While you follow the above steps to increase your intake of healthy fats, vegetables and proteins, you will get used to reduce the size of your dishes. A huge plate of pasta is not necessary: ​​a small piece the size of a cup is enough, and accompany them to larger portions of vegetables and foods low in carbohydrates.
