Sweetened Juices Are Not Healthy for Your Heart

Do you know that 2 glasses of overly sweetened juices, that you can pick from any supermarket, are enough for the accumulation of fat on your waist, eventually attacking your heart? That’s what experts at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center, in the United States, have warned.

They have noticed that the abuse of sweetened beverages leads to an increase in waist size, which means “strangling” the vital organs, increase triglyceride levels and abnormal levels of blood glucose.

U.S. researchers observations demonstrate that intake of excessive sugar is dangerous even if we don’t gain weight; they say that sugar acts secretly, and at chemical level it’s putting our hearts at risk.

High levels of triglycerides can cause cardiovascular problems, while glucose can lead to diabetes. Reactions to the same scale could not be observed in men, which means, ladies, there’s the benefit you drink side by side with them, not even juice!
